POKEMANMASTER commissioned me to do it. He said he sucked too badly. He was a bit busy on 4Chan, so he told me, fawx, and khawner to make the sequels. Khawner made 12 and 15, fawx made 14, which was unexpectedly blammed, and I made 16. We all worked really hard.
